I spent 3 weeks backpacking in Thailand and Cambodia with my girlfriend. It was an eventful trip with huge contrasts, a lot of physical activity especially martial arts (kung fu, kickboxing and bokator) and yoga (yinyasa, aerial yoga, kundalini,  acroyoga) as well as some stillness in the form of meditation and just swaying peacefully in hammocks. A dangerous situation occured in Phnom Penh as well, which shows the importance of situational awareness for self defense.
