Work your way towards splits

Remember that being flexible is not just about the body, a flexible mind which is not stubborn, willing to go with the flow and which can learn from others is a much greater gift than the ability to do splits.

Having said that, the ability to do splits doesn’t hurt, well maybe getting there does a bit!

Push your self but avoid any sharp feelings of pain, the light pain from an intense stretch should feel good.
