Is your workout something you hate?
Working out doesn’t have to be a chore. When we see something as a chore, we tend to either force ourselves to do it, postpone it, or in some cases neglect it entirely.
But working out doesn’t have to be a chore.
If you hate working out and for that reason never do it, then your body will pay the price, especially as you get older.
If you hate working out, but manage to do it consistently, I think that has value in it self.
Being able to do things you don’t want to is a sign of mental strength, but if most of your time is spend like that, you have to adjust your priorities or approaches to your priorities, we won’t always have time later to enjoy our selves later, later doesn’t exist permanently.
